NLLAP 43 took place on Thursday May 22, 2014 at the Erata Hotel in Accra on the theme, “Impact Assessment of Consumer Services Committees: A Case Study of Consumer Perspectives in Ghana”. The platform hosted Chelsea Hodgkins, a Fulbright Research Fellow, with the support of Department of Civil Engineering of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (DCE-KNUST); and chaired by the Water Director, Public Utility Regulatory Commission (PURC).  The Research findings on community participation in the management of urban WASH, specifically on the impact assessment of Consumer Services Committees, which the PURC is mandated to setup across the country, was shared.
