This case study examines the Utility-Community Partnership based on bulk supply for innovative mechanisms to inform the development of appropriate management model for WASH delivery to the urban poor. It highlights a comprehensive piture of WASH situation with the community, it gives an anylysis of the model and the process of introducing the model, an assessment of the model and the next steps in terms of knowledge and application at scale.
