CHF International, which was hosted for the day also used the platform to officially launch the recently published strategy document titled, WASH Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) Strategy for the Urban Sub Sector. The objective was to share and disseminate the WASH BCC strategy in furtherance of the interventions to bring about sustainable change in WASH behaviours at the individual, community and national levels. The document resulted from the institutional collaboration between The MLGRD, MWRWH, and USAID/CHFInternational under the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene for the Urban Poor (WASH-UP) project, which developed the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) Strategy for the urban sub sector.
