Sustainable Services at Scale (Triple-S) project has developed draft sustainability indicators to measure the scale of providing sustainable water services in Ghana. Using the service delivery model, the sustainability indicators have been customized to capture support services in the delivery of water, and the two rural water delivery models; the small town piped water systems and hand pump water services.

The three broad categories of indicators each have sub indicators to measure specific aspects of the services.
